everyone's "BEST" is different, I along with a few friends are all running Tein S-Techs with good results

Before figuring this out we need to know your budget. How low you want to go? Do you want to be able to raise your car?

Since you said you wantvl to lower the car it is recommend to change your struts as OEM struts can't handle being low

^^This. But I'm gonna guess its a daily driver and you don't want anything too stiff. Eibach pro kit and H&R sport are both about a 1.5" drop and good ride.

I have never had a daily driver that wasent slamed::lol:.

^^I was just going under the assumption that someone who asks "whats the best springs?" would have asked "whats the best setup to be slammed?" if that was their plans.
