i have a 98 ek hatch. i drive it normally with stock suspension. i wanna drop it 1.5 inches all around on stock shocks and still drive it normally. im just looking for the aggressive stance look. will the shocks blow due the a 1.5 drop on stock shocks?

if you still have the factory shocks from 98 i would say they will most likely blow eventually. those things are 12 yrs old and have probably seen quite a few miles (not sure of the mileage on your car)

Your shocks are way to old. I Suggest getting Skunk2 shocks
