i have a GSR cluster but dont feel like messing with the wiring since you have to change the plugs to make it work

the car needs a wash bad so maybe that is why it c\gave you the impression that it was neglected. i paid 6k for it pretty much would you would pay for if you were looking to get a 99 with 70k miles. you cant please everybody

Well it looks like the whole car has been submerged under sea water and just sat there for days...(engine bay). That right there wouldve made me stay away from purchasing that car...was it your originaly plan to buy a car that was already modded...?
