Need help finding a part!!

Hi, I have a 94 Civix EX Coupe. The door trim by the window lip on the exterior is faded and i would like to replace it. But I am not able to identify or locate the part from the usual diagrams. I have attached a picture of what I am talking about. Also, would it be a good idea to just re-paint it? If so, what type of paint would work.

If you wish to replace it, I believe it's part 3 or 5 ($45) in this diagram from Majestic Honda:

Or you can just do what most of us do. Take them off, sand them down and repaint them a satin black. BAM! Brand newish...
