NEED HELP w/ mirrors!! 5th gen 6th gen civic owners HELP!!

hi all, i have a 95 civic hb vx and i was thinkin about putting some 96-00 side mirrors on it.
i got into an accident recently and im fixing/repainting my car soon so i decided i should change them.
i saw a 5th gen civic w/ 6 gen side mirrors and they look pretty good.
but what im really asking is...is there a difference in side mirrors from 96-00?

so can someone please tell me which year/model/ civic can i find the mirrors from the first pic and if they only come in power or manual?
and to be 100% sure, all i have to do to fit those mirrors are to drill some holes right?
