Need Help With My Dual Carb EG8
just got it... havin rev issues....u gotta floor the gas pedal while startin it..for it to start....and the rev keeps dying..

Could it be the fuel filter
Or cab needs to be cleaned


i Checked the fuel pump..and its workin fine

check and adjust your idle?
i dont know much about the carb motors, but its worth a shot.

you also have to balance the carbs.. to have them work in unison

sound like you need to rebuilt the carbs.

if you have to keep the pedal to the floor just to get it to start that usually means that you have a float issue.

dont know alot about honda carbs but i know alot about holleys/carters/afbs/edelbrocks/webbers and whatnot

i would say rebuild the cars and make sure you buy some floats since floats dont normally come in a rebuild kit
