Needing D16Z6 internal

Alright so the other day I crank my car after going to the store and I heard a low deep knocking sound well come to find out i have developed a rod knock. So if anybody has any internals for that motor they are wanting to sale that are in good condition or if anyone can help me with some good websites to look at it would be greatly appreciated.

Id take the engine apart and see what you have to work with first. Shouldnt have to buy all new internals.
