:ok: Two thumbs up on a pretty clean install. Especially good job mounting the amp. BTW, that is one clean engine bay. With all that space, it would've been nice to see a screen up front.

Thanks for the comments guys, I had to make a few custom mounts behing the trunliner to get the amp like that, cut out the liner behind it a litte to get teh wires to be mostly hidden,

not sure if you can tell by the pictures, but theres a nice gap at the bottom to help with venting, eventually I'm going to put a fan under it to keep it cool. Should have the MDF floor done next week

Do you really even need a fan? I'm running a 5 channel amp with no fan at all and so far so good.

not sure yet, i probably dont, but i'll find out with in a week... i was a little nervous to mount it like that cause there are fins on the top and bottom, and heat rises, so im not sure how effective the bottom fins are going to be, plus i can get a fan for free

Eh, my amp is mounted on the seat back so there are fins pointing down towards the floor and up towards the deck. I didn't have any issues over the summer and there is no ventalation in the trunk.

possible a fan from Stinger, its the small, tube style fan, maybe 5" long, 2" tall max
