No crank, no start...new battery and starter?

We bought our daughter a 1999 civic ex last year. In the last 6 months it has had an intermittent no crank, no start problem. Replaced the battery, starter, cleaned cables an connectors. We have taken the stater to get checked and it is good as well as the battery. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

As with any combustion engine, you need air, fuel, and spark in the correct timing to get them to run. Find out which one you are missing. Start with the easiest. Check fuses, check weather the fuel pump is priming, pull the plugs and check the condition, check the condition and color of the spark, the condition of the cap and rotor, the plug wires, check to see if the injector are firing, etc.

When was the last time a FULL tune up was done?
