i really did research the sony and although it gets great reviews...the XTi does beat it by a hair. i wanted the sony because its quality and style...style is really important to me but i figure the XTi looks good enough. i know the A100 is not out long enough yet for people to really see what is. i did talk to people at photography shops and they all agreed that canon/nikon is better for my purpose....complete level entry dslr photography.

: but thanks for your concern...i was leaning more towards sony because of the name..i like their products and their style.
