Possibly trading ej8 for RHD del sol. Need some help

So I've had my ej8 on craiglist for trade and this guy hit me up the other day wanting to trade me his RHD del sol for my ej8 plus some cash. I've been talking to him about it and supposedly its a true RHD del sol made imported from Japan. Here is the ad:

How much cash on top? Does it have a title and how does it roll on your insurance? Food for thought

I'm not gonna be adding cash on top. He still is interested in my car though. lol I told him I could throw in a 32" tv if it is what he says it is. and he says it has a title, but I have yet to check if my insurance could even cover it (thats a good idea, thanks!)
