Vtec set at 4500rpm

I have had this car for around 6 months. I basically bought the shell at an auction. it was previously stolen. I swapped a b16a2, and replaced the interior. the body was untouched. it has a ricer wing but the previous owner hacked the install. so i haven't taken it off still need to drop it too it a rolling project
