Well it is not recommended for sure

If you do it. Put the 14 on the rear.

If you put it on your drive wheels you will mess up your transmission.

Either way the car will not sit properly and will probably be out of control in corners.

yeah the most noticable change will be a dramatic decrease in your handling..

just put your stock ones back on it would only take like a half hour, saves ya from all the potential bad stuff that could happen

Yeah, or you could just swap out front or rear 2 and look like the people that are still saving up for the other two wheels!!!

Put on the rear , if you have a litlle lucky you will have the same diameter , then your will sit correct.

For example :
205/40 R17 205*40/100=82 mm * 2 = 164 +17"*25.4 = 164 + 431.8 = 595.8 mm of diameter
205/45 R16 205*45/100= 92.5 mm * 2 = 184.5 +16" *25.4 =184.5 + 406.4 = 590.9 mm of diameter
Diference 4.9 mm in diameter 2.45 in radius , the car will be correct.

Anyway the best option is put the two wheels 14" in the rear
