rear disc brake conversion on 99 hatch

just wanted to know what parts would you recommend and how much should i pay for them. no 5-lug conversion here, i want to retain the lug pattern that i have.

that is a good question i would like to know too. i hate those crappy drums in the back specially with 17"ers on.
