I'm a 20 year old college student with a part time job. this guy is selling because he needs money for school. the car looks okay and it's basic you know? just wondering what your guys inputs are and if you guys think I should offer less. he's gonna get it smog checked tomorrow. any ideas? thanks for the help I appreciate it
