Sited 2006 Si

Ok...I was driving down the road today and I spotted an 06 Si...at first I thought it was a TSX, then a second look at the taillights I knew it was what I had seen all over the net...Can someone please explain why I saw it when the release date isnt until sometime in December?

Probably wasn't an Si...Si's are easy to distinguish for any model year. DOHC VTEC Stickers for 6th Gen + and Alloys. But for this year they roll on 18's y0.

Also, there is an amber ring around the headlights, only the Si has that....

I am not a n00b...I KNOW what I saw was a new Si...I didnt catch the DOHC stickers or anything...like I said, I passed it on the road so I didnt get much of a glimpse at the details...

im pretty sure it was an ex or something, because I have seen plenty of the new coupes and was too excited that it was an si, until it was only a base model

I'm pretty sure dealers don't even have demo's yet.... So I'm sticking with the mismatched EX theory.....

I actually saw an 06 civic coupe too, probably wasn't Si. But IMO, it's so ugly... I love the k20 engine, but it's still ugly (sorry, not trying to offend anyone) it reminded me of.. Toyota Solara. Well, the last generation of Solara.

i know the canadian models are different, but the honda dealership down the street DEFINATLY has the Si's in stock in 2 differnt colours. Howver, in the past Canadian Si = USDM Ex

i saw the si at pamona on saturday, they put little black tape over anything that says si; the seats, front grill, rear emblem, they also cover the dohc stickers

i dont know about u guys but i'm not feeling the new SI that much i would rader stick with 96 - 00 i.m.o they sexy ass models

the new ones are a lil to big for a civic what hppend to the ( sport compact )
