So i manual swapped my 97 civic ex, and changed out my intake manifold i did everything right, but my idle air control valve keeps failing no matter how often i try to fix it. replaced it swapped the two wires from harness to connector, cleaned it out, havent tested voltage yet thats next, but the code is P0505
