Sputtering noise

Since I lowered my car I take a beating to my catalytic although I have no holes the flanges that meet with the down pipe and cat. Have gone bad and maybe been permanatly out of aLignment. It's a stock type 2 bolt flange with springs for movment
what is better than this setup I have now? Will a flex pipe and three bolt flanges handle movment better than what I have now, or may I just replace the two bolt with a three bolt flange type?

flex pipe those spring bolts only allow movement so far.. well so do flex sections but more so then the bolts

What sizEs do they have I have only so much room from mu down pipe to the cat,
