Tachometer on Cluster above 1

Hello guys,

I have a 00 Civic Hatch. I replaced the original cluster with one that has a Tach inside of it, I've installed for a few weeks now. Ever since I installed it, I've noticed that the needle is always over the 1K gauge, even in park when the car is warmed up. I've never seen it sit on the 0 mark. What could be the issue? Adjust your throttle cable, maybe it's too tight.

Defective gauge.

If you know anyone else with a 6th gen gauge with a tach and test it.
