Well thanks to the PA Casino's i got a check in teh mail today from Bank of America about a overage in my escrow account, how this happened is cause gambling revenue's are now going towards helping lower property tax's, my county got teh largest state decrease of about $550.00 per homeowner, so my tax's dropped from $1800.00's to $1300.00's a year, so they sent us a check for the difference from what our mortgage was and for what it will be since this created a overage for the year so far, which totaled $653.48, so now that money will go towards our $1000.00 credit card payment that we have left, the funny thing is that is with Bank of America, lol.:shocked2::rolf:

yes, but the amount you would recieve will depend on how much your county lowered the property tax's, so if you acquire a overage with teh mortgage company, they will refund you for what they were charging you until the lower payment request they send you.

My buddies like to brag on me with their cash and s**t a lot, I just simply reply with
"I have no debt, I owe NOTHING to ANYONE!... can you say the same?" then its like, I win.

it's not so much that they get taxed since the revenue's, profit persay goes to property tax relief, sorta like how those scratch off ticket proceeds go to older pennsylvanians, well at least here in PA they do.
