thermostat gauge/ignition alarm

Hi just purchased a 1991 honda civic hatchback I believe thermostat was just replaced interior temp gauge not working help.Also when driving car ignition alarm does not shut off continues beeping help please very annoying.

Are you talking about the key-on warning system or the seat belt warning system? Does removal of fuse 12 stop the beeping?

Ground the wire in the temp gauge sending unit plug to the engine. Does the needle now rise toward hot when you turn the key to ON(II)?
