throwing CEL after mini me.

hey
i have a 95 civic coupe
d15b7 engine ran great
i recently did a mini me swap
dropped a z6 head onto the block
wired vtec into the p28 ecu
and everything
i am not throwing a CEL when i start the engine.
i can drive it normally and no CEL
but when vtec is suppose to engage at 5500 rpms
i throw a CEL and i get nothing.
what did i do wrong?
also if i jump the cable for the CEL
i get like 5 different CELS
the solenoid is one
the oil pressure is the other
the coolant temp switch is another
intake is another.
and i forgot the other one
why am i throwing these CELS only when vtec is suppose to kick in
and why arent they thrown when the engine is started?

well just a wild suggestion but ill replace/check everything stated above bad solenoid=no vtec no oil or low oil=no vtec so i will start there

also, double check all your work on the mini me swap.
did you remove the oil jet inbetween cylinders 2 and 3?
did you wire the solenoid up correctly? (blue wire to D6, black to ground on engine, green wire to pin A4)

i checked all of the CEls and they all work fine...
i wired everything correctly accordingly
i stared at an ecu pinout for the vtec and still throwing a cell
can a loose valve cover effect it?
