You don't need a turbo timer..just leave the car idle a bit before you shut it off.. no big deal.
I don't know why everyone with turbo builds only pushing mild numbers wants a turbo timer.. I find them only useful on high horsepower cars running at the strip or something. Not for your average daily driven turbo civic.. it's just not needed. I've NEVER had one and I've ran two different turbo set ups and never had a problem related to NOT having a turbo timer.
