witch one is good to use with a turbo charger d16y8 high or low compression
False. The lower the better with boost. That is true
FTW!False.
Lower compression pistons are more forgivable when boosted. They let you run more boost b/c of the lower compression, and if the tune isnt all that great, its more forgiving. Now, with higher compression pistons, the tune has to be 100% perfect. You can still run more boost, but there is less room for error. Most people run low compression for the sake of ease of tuning.
FALSE!Low CP = Higher Boost
Higher CP = Lower Boost
But both can gain you the same HP output. If done right with proper tune.
Stock?they also make hybrid hi/low pistons too
Depends on the turbo and tune...Stock internals and 20lbs of boost, then beat the s**t outta it! see how long it goes lol
Really? i was joking lol.Depends on the turbo and tune...

sure a stock single could hold 20psi on this (if it could make 20psi)Depends on the turbo and tune...
Link Saved!for a d series motor i suggest the common vitara/eagle rod combo.
speedfactory has a combo...YCP vitara pistons and eagle h beam rods for $ 475!!

This means absolutly nothing. Please dont give out bad advice.i would run 9:1 comp all forged internals. Then just run 30psi all day
