What are these?

I got my 2021 Civic Sport a few weeks back. I found these items in a bag in the trunk, along with the owners manual. I can’t find anything telling me what these are, or what they are for. I also cannot find a part number on them. Any ideas?

Looks like some kind of plug. Cant say I am familiar with it. I would recommend calling the dealer and asking them since its fairly new.
