I have been hunting for what speakers will fit in my car. I am on a budget but I need new speakers because it appears that I blew one of them out and it is the perfect excuse to buy new ones for black friday. I have read that there are depth restrictions on the 7th gen civic coupes. So my question is, what speakers will fit? I know that the front speakers are 6.5" and the rears and 6"x9", but I don't know what brands fit and what don't. I have my eye on the rockford fosgate r165x3 for the front and the rockford fosgate r169x2 for the rears because they rate well and are inexpensive.

You need to find the specs or measure the space for the speakers and keep that in mind when shopping for speakers. I had to use 5.25 inch components because the magnet on the 6.5s was too beefy.
If it doesn't fit cut and refit. Had to do so for my front speakers. I have alpine type s speakers in the rear.
