So has anyone seen us in the news lately?? Our governor is trying to ake away all the collective bargaining rights of all unions except those of police and firefighters. He's claiming a huge budget hole, but alot of the articles and reports are talking about the $140million hole he created by passing all this stuff for special interests. Ugh i didnt vote for this guy. His campaign looked good on paper, but man i hope the people get what they want without it turning ugly.

didn't read the links but..

the same thing that is happening nation wide.. and that is the complete and total gradual economic collapse of the United States..

when an individual amasses so much debt that he can never dig himself out.. he eventually goes bankrupt..
when a business gets so far behind that they can not create more revenue than they owe they go out of business..

a town.. a state.. a nation has a budget as well.. and unfortunately that budget has been ignored for far too long.. and because of that we are approaching a point where we are simply so far in debt there is no realistic way to recover...

Unions are an issue because they cause domestic goods and services to be overly expensive.... unreasonably expensive..

your gov. sounds like he is trying to get some leverage over the unions that have had death grips on local and national govt. you should embrace the change he is trying to employ, for it will be the eventual savior of your state.
