go to a honda dealer ship and buy an oem em1 lip. hondapartsunlimited.com have them i buy a lot from them and hondaautomotiveparts.com have them also. either way they will be about $250 and si's only came in black, blue, red, and silver in 99 si you might have to repaint it and no one sells ctr lips in the states that are new you might find some on ebay or forums but they will still be about $350 unless there broke. id go to forums and make a wtb thread for a lip and a em1 lip should run about $80-100
