Where to find a stock rebuilt or low mileage...

D16Y8 motor? Down the road I may want to buy one of these guys for a 2000 civic. Aside from the scrap yards where online perhaps could I find one to buy? Finding one in a yard around here btw is next to impossible. Usually just a few parts or nothing at all.
