regarding the point that smoking girls are more likely to give you a blow job. I doubt that that is in case a fact. However, I prefer having oral sex with non-smokers as smokers sperma has an aweful aftertaste. And I presume that girls who smoke really don't notice that yucky taste so it seems that they give head more often than non-smoking girls.
