I did not touch any screw what has something to do with the idle. The rpm is stable at 750 without aircon or fan. It also dont go below 750 without a/c. only if a/c is on the rpm goes down to 200 or below before it goes back to 750.

The following problem appears if I switch the aircon or the fan only on: If I hit the gas a little to start, the rpm goes up to ~1200 (normal) and immediately down to 200 before it goes back to ~1200 and stay there. This will not happen without aircon or fan. Same if I hit the gas and release...

Its not the intake, not the gas filter, not the spark plugs, not the PCV... all checked already and all is fine. I noticed that if the A/C is on, it is even more worse. Cant start accelerating normal. The rpm goes, for example, up to 1500, drop down to 200 (sometime even the engine shut down)...

It has nothing to do with the A/C. Its only "like" I switch the A/C on. The car do that even if the A/C is off. If that happen and I push the gas and release immediately, the needle goes up and than down to 200 before it goes back to 750.

I have a civic esi and sometime, after a while driving, there is a little push and the engine has more power and the car accelerate. Its very strange. Then after a while again, it feels like the aircon switch on, the engine lost a little power again... everything else is normal, not shaking...

No, fuel filter is clean and intact. Strange thing is, my local honda service shop said "thats normal, as long the needle goes back"... I am very much sure that this is not normal...
