Well what you have is a non vtec ecu it came off 2000 civic dx i you want to put in anther o2 sensor you going to have to rewire the sensor on the header all the way to the cate its more easy then runing it to the ecu that my way of doing it

its better to do a complete swap its better and save more money and its more powerful

if you have skunk2 lowing springs its perfect the way it sit you don't want to lowered it to much. but if you want to go lower i think you going to have to buy coil overs. just to let you know don't cut the skunk2 springs cause they will get soft on you and i know you want your car to be stiff...
