D13B there is no number code after the B. It has not been filed off, it is just d13b, and it is the mpfi. It has the really small intake manifold and tb.

No, that is what I used on mine. But you could use one off of any other throttle body that is the side draft kind.

Shipping is ass rape on an international item, almost cheaper to buy a new one. I thought it would be reasonable b/c I was giving it to you for $5 but the shipping was rediculas according to UPS.

I don't know the trim b/c it doesn't say. It is off some old turbo mercury or something. The turbo is a VJ14. It has a small amount of shaft play and the turbo is pretty small and would not be good for anything other than a factory motor. It has a 5 bolt flange and the manifold is a modified y7 manifold w/ the o2 bung welded up top. Pm me an offer b/c I don't think it is worth too much. Shipping will probably be more than the item.
