16" is my vote as well

the larger the wheel size you go, expect the following to increase

1) worse gas mileage
2) more road noise
3) rougher ride
4) quicker wear and tear on your axles and breaks
5) noticeable decrease in low end acceleration.

plus i think 17" rims look goofy as hell on most civics

16in rota grids...gunmetal finish and chrome polished lip.....very light....pretty cheap!

i look at it this way if you are tryin to build a show car the you can get 17's or bigger but if you are putting them on a dialy driver 16 or 15 would be better!! you also have more tire

but if you ever get like a nail or a pin in the side of a low profile tire you have to buy a new one as I learned the hard way :cry:

which is why i am looking for 15's cause 17's are killing me on gas!!
