t3/4 turbocharger

Ok so I got a T3/T4 turbo charger set, BOV, 38mm Wastegate, Intercooler, the whole setup. Got all my gauges, all I need are the internals which I should pick up in the next week. I am going to run 8-12 psi. The only thing I am worried about is finding a tuning solution for an automatic ECU. I found a company that will chip my ECU, but what can I run. Will neptune RTP run ok with my ECU, I don't think it has automatic transmission support. Anyone? And heres the pic with the new Konig wheels, it will be black or charcoal grey soon, not sure though yet.

im actually not sure if neptune has automatic support. i would assume it would work, but ive never looked into it.
