Yes the chassis code for an 01-05 Honda Civic coupe is EM2.
To do the rear disc swap you need the complete rear brake spindles and trailing arms (LCAs too, it's easier) and e-brake cables for an 02-03 EP3 (Civic Si Hatchback). Once you have that the actual swap is easy, should take no longer than 1-2 hours if you have the proper tools - just sockets and a breaker bar.

I think their 1/2" breaker bars are like $12, I bought two of them. They aren't Snap-On, but unless you're a mechanic as your 9-5, who cars. It's $12.
