So I'm looking at this truck you see...
is a 1985 short box chevy with a fully built roller 454.
Block work:
four bolt main
eagle billet main caps
scat pro comp light weight crank
4.250" stroke fully forged
rods are eagle ESP H-beams
pistons are mahle 4.500" bore
10.5:1 compression.
Head work:
heads are rectangle ports that have been well worked with 2.250 intake and 1.88 exhaust.
race series crane roller rockers 1.7 ratio and crane stud gridle
weiand tunnel ram intake and 850cfm race demon carb
deep sump oil pan with side kick outs to fit stroker crank throttle respones is crazy, faster then fuel injection.
Tranny/suspension:
trans is built turbo 400 with B&M shift kit and a hughes 4000 stall.
narrowed ford 9 inch locked up with disc brakes and 4:86 richmond gears.
It dynos right around 600hp and 640tq.
