yo oz get on AIM so we can talk... er listen to this...\

1. click "post reply"
2. at the bottom go to attach file>browse>select file
3. enter some kind of text
4. submit post
5. go back to post and click on the file name
6. copy the URL out of the address bar
7. click on "edit"
8. by vB Code click "IMG"
9. paste URL into the box, hit enter, and save changes...

thats as simple as as user friendly as i can put it. hope it helps
