Well here the most recent update I sent the head out to the machine shop to get the head milled pressure tested leak down test dipped in a solvent tank new valve's and new valve seals put in I get the head back within a week so ill have fresh pictures up when i get it back for everyone of the car and bottom off a real camera this time not off my phone.

I agree with SilentMist on this one. I clearly remember the thread he was talking about. But if you don't have a K then oh well. Also, Headwork on the H will gain you lots of power. You could also just eliminate the runners on the intake manifold if you want to cheap out. I am almost thinking of going H22 in my hatch.
