As for the car, it didn't warm up. It didn't even make it up to temp while I was on the highway. At Red lights I watched the engine temp go down to almost nothing.
It sucks.
I've heard of some cars coming with a coolant heater, but idk if tegs come with that.
I use a block heater on my Subaru so my warm up time is short. Otherwise it barely starts heating up when I pull into work.

My old 96 Pontiac Grand Piece of s**t had a Coolant heater as an option but it was mainly for Northern regions.They don't, it's mostly diesels that have it and hybrids. Block heaters, it's why diesels get plugged in

I had to buy it as an option. They started it as an option in 08. But there are plenty of aftermarket options. I bought one for the 92 taco too
