turbo ek: exhaust smoking, high idle

When I first bought this car it did the same thing but the turbo was bad so I threw a new turbo in than every thing was fine now all of a sudden it started smoking when I rev and it pops wits smoke and is ideling at 2000rpm not moving

What's it tuned on?
Stock internals? Built motor?
Check engine light on?

Stock motor and it's tuned with some eBay chipped ecu since my old ecu was fried I was planning on getting a real tune but this s**t happened

What size turbo and oil or water cooled? It might be to much oil flow for the turbo or something else

So it's not really tuned. But when you changed the turbo out, was the replacement of the same spec?
