if the people of the site decide the outcome... then there is less chance of them being unhappy with it.. pretty simple.. lol

everyone was pissed that lounge posts were pulled... the main reason they were pissed was due to the effect it had on VIP.. i dont personally care about that.. but the members do.. so we make a poll.. we wont change lounge post counting.. so we give the members the chance to decide what they want as a whole..

actually, at times VIP is useful to keep certain topics just for certain members (no noobs), so thats the only reason why i voted to keep it.

why not use PM's? I think the admin has provided that feature for times when you want to keep things confidential. And we have been given a ton of storage room, up to 100 messages.

i see your point but that hadrly happens. its probably 1 out of each 5 threads. anywhoo, its the internet...how much privacy to people expect? sometimes i think the whole love people have for the vip lounge is just so they can be called vip and have access to it. i doubt most people like it for its content.

dats very true... VIP hardly ever gets hits b/c no1 really posts in there anymore... so if we keep it, we need to get some activity going in there... VIP to some members is like a trophy..... "NANANANANANA... IM VIP AND UR NOT!" dat kinda thing.

no vip got my vote. if the kid is big enough to use the computer, he/she does surely know the bad sides of the computer. no need to be governing people. if they want to watch porn let them. if this is vip was to protect youngsters against porn, why post s**t like that to begin with?

anyhow, i can understand a limit in classifieds, but here, i don't get it.

this was started because the "majority" of the membership was bitching about how they cant get in vip, and you made an option to delete?

honestly.. NOT expecting it to get ANY votes.. i made it an option because that was the fair thing to do.. as long as those same people that spent 35 pages complaining vote.. then VIP is in no way in any danger... it was an option because for the poll to be a true indication of what the majority wants.. then it has to be there.. i still dont think its in danger..

well from the looks of it the membership wants high postcounts and no vip lounge..... go figure, they wanna whore in the rugular lounge and have it all count count, who woulda thunk it?



that option is in all honesty throwing off the poll results......
