lol HAHAHA Sorry I knew the spelling was VTEC I just can't type. and the engine code staped on the JDM block is ZC and I've been told the closet engine code for USDM was the D16Z6. is that not correct, because I've seen two of these engines (JDM ZC's) and they have the same stap as the DOHC ZC.
Hello, I'm trying to look for valve springs for a ZC SOHC VTECH (D16Z6), I was wondering what would be a good company to go with if I decide to rev it out to about 8500-9000? Tthe car will be boosted. Thanx
I know a person around where I live built a SOHC VTEC ZC for boost and it runs like crazy, we've est. that he's putting close to 300hp down no lie, he went to run it at the track and the week before all 4 Eagle rods broke from a manufacture defect so he just threw together a crappy bottem end...

ahahaha! but really....i think only up to 93 the harness was made for VTEC after that year you have to run the 2 wires to the ecu from the harness unless it was already a VTEC model.
I don't know which engine code are in which CBR, i heard that there's an engine on a CBR with 4 individual throttle bodies that, with some fabraction, would work with a D serice intake. But i dunno, i just was wondering.
Hello, I heard that there are parts off the CBR's engine that will fit on a D series engine such as the intake manafold. I was wondering if any internals fit on the D series ie: Valve springs? Thanx
All in due time....I've got the stock lights now and I'm going to but them in next week. And the exhaust will come out with the new engine next spring for now I'm ordering my lowering spring (1.4" drop) and my rims soon.
