Carefully pry the center with a flat head screwdriver. Sometimes you need to push down on the outer to take some pressure off so the center pin easily comes out.

polish them and they are easy to maintain with a powerball and some meguiars mag and aluminum polish. They look like candy shined up and shine 1000x better than clear...if done properly they look chrome.
