First place to start would be to get the belt installed. I'm not exactly sure on your car but I just put a belt on my 98 civic, and for that I had to drop the lower engine mount to be able to put the belt on. If you know what you are doing it shouldn't be too bad. It was my first time doing it...

So I have WTB ad up right now for A/C stuff for my 98 Dx. Someone has a near complete A/C set up from his 99-00 Si that he is offering to sell to me. I read some where saying that the compressor won't work, and maybe the hard lines... So the question is can I actually use any of his system...

If you are wanting to keep the original tire size than yes. Taller or shorter tire diameters will cause your speedometer to not read correctly.
