im just doing what ESP does, i pretty much have to cause im using their mounts right, if i want good fitment of the axles.

Axle Combo:

*
88-89 Acura Integra driver side axle off shelf parts store.
*
90-93 Honda Accord Ex or Lx model midshaft
*
88-89 Acura Integra passenger side axle that has been cut down 1/2" on the shaft and has an Accord 90+ Inner joint put on it. Raxles.com sells this 1 custom axle. Ask for Marty.
my raxles axle should be coming tomorrow, and i still have to pick up the midshaft, already have the teg axle

thanks!
yea, i'd have to agree with you there, kinda oldschool style

im really afraid that with the extra weight in the front they're gunna rub though... might need new suspension as well, maybe coilovers?...damn this swap is getting expesnive

any swap can turn expensive. actually, this whole lifestyle is expensive.

your tires shouldn't rub, unless its really low, then yea of course.
dude, the only way ANYthing will rub is if, your slamed. like slamed slamed.
so if you dont want it to run, dont slam it.
as for suspension, Progress makes springs for H swaped cars.
im not sure if they got an app for ef tho, chyeck on that.

it was luck and hard work, luck finding it at such a good price, hardwork keeping it running, i liked it, but i love hondas, so thats why im where i am now with my honda. the guy i sold mine to put an ls1 in it, i dont really like that, but whatever.

well.. i only have a minor drop in the front, 1.2" only! but my wheels stick out if you hadnt noticed.. so im thinking it could easily rub without being slammed... yea ill check up on the progress springs, i already have a progress camber kit =)

its FAR more complicated thatn that lol.
thank you!
make me feel better about not going h2b :D

Did you clean your engine bay while installing new motor? Not sure if you just "All Go" and "No Show" =)

Great build, keep us posted! Btw, any idea how much is the engine weight difference? I hope you are not too heavy up front.

if i ever did H22, H2B woudl have to be done, shifter CABLES suck nuts, have fun mounting those and getting them shimmed right.
H2b Seems to be easy, buy the kit, use B series axles, thats it from what ive seen
http://www.quartersportsdrag.com/H2B.html
i like shifter cables a lot. they shift so incredible smooth and almost impossibe to mss a gear

and as for the fd... thats my dads car lol, hes putting an LS1 in there
well he already has it in, just has wiring left pretty much.

and his car wont be that much faster than my hatch im hoping :D
but its gunna sound mean with that v8

well, im making a price list for everything so far.. i have included some things like new exhaust, clutch, flywheel, header and whatnot which arnt critical... but they are necissary... lol

ESP H22 Motors mounts + Traction Bar-$915 (customs-$180)
H22 w/ LSD Tranny-$2500 (customs-$292)
Integra Driver side axle-$138
Raxles custom Passenger side axle-$205
ESP H22 4-2-1 Header-$440
Tanabe Exhaust-$700
Competition Street Series Stage 2 Clutch Kit-$400
Competition Ultralight Forged Steel Flywheel-$300
Integra GSR Intake-$65
Crank Pulley-$50
Rywire Modified Si/H22 Harness-$350
Si Hub/Spindle x2-$50
Accord Ex Halfshaft-$20
Accord Shifter Assembly-$30

Total: $6,635

Still have other small things to buy but that is pretty much it.
I know rywire is overpriced and whatnot... but im a newb and dont wanna screw up the wiring. :(

haha, i did a quick wash job.. wasnt very good though. gunna be mostly "all go" though =) thats for the engine bay at least, thinking of getting new paint and that popular jdm front bumper.

i dont know the weight difference... but i imagine it'd be bewteen 150-200lbs between the h22 and my ol' y7 ... just ballparking it. like i said before, im afraid im gunna need new suspension to rock my sportmax wheels :( we shall see!

true one reason why i have not done mine yet
and if h2b is complicated for newer civics wouldnt it even be harder for a 4th gen? cause i think never civics have more support in general
================================================================

some things i picked up today. accord midshaft, accord shifter assembly and the Si spindles. i couldnt get the rotors off the spindles cause i didnt have an impact driver and they charged me for them :(

my lil honda junkyard :D

shitty quality paintjob... but whatever!

and a shot of my puppy goofing off cause hes the s**t!!

all im waiting for now is my clutch and flywheel which have been delayed a week and then i think i'll be ready to put the engine in for the last time. =)
