but hmm as for that other guy, what he ended up doing. some heat and going at it. also depends if when he used the impact that he had the tank at the right psi and sometimes you gotta hold it for a long ass time

It's possible. We'll never know.

You'll also sometimes hear the opposite story where somebody just can't break the bolt loose with a breaker bar and then tries an impact wrench and it comes right off.

well he hit it with a hammer (lightly) to loosen it up then put his pipe wrench on it to where it wouldnt spin, but i also put it into gear... then using his foot pressed the s**t out of his breaker bar and bam the bolt broke loose

dude at work has like a 5 foot pipe wrench....biggest nut ive used it on is 3 1/2''...
